MusicRadar has released 503 free techno samples, a collection of loops previously featured on Computer Music magazine’s cover DVD.
Below we’re covering techno, focusing on the mid-tempo style that’s currently very popular. Our samples range in tempo from 120 to 132bpm.
Although the techno sound is often thought of as minimal, it’s also one that gives you plenty of scope for experimentation, so think of these sounds as a starting point for your productions and see where they take you.
The samples are split across four construction kits, each of which contains drum, bass and synth loops, plus bass multisamples and single drum hits.
All the samples are supplied as 24-bit WAV format and they’re royalty-free.
