PatchArena has released Free Casio Sample Pack, a collection of 5 SFZ patches (fantasy, flute, piano, violin and percussion) recorded from a Casio CK-10 vintage keyboard (1983).
The samples are looped and ready to be used in your sampler of choice. The default format is SFZ format. So try loading in any free SFZ Player. Since these instruments are available in SFZ format it means that you can import them into almost any major software sampler or other format.
No effects have been added to these samples so they are fairly raw. We highly recommend processing them with your favorite DSP to add and enhance to the character of the sounds. I love the violin, piano, and fantasy especially. For many the sounds of Casio Keyboards remind them of nostalgia. Go ahead and grab this pack and add some vintage lofi garage vibes to your next track.
