KV331 Audio‘s SynthMaster Player and SynthMaster Player FREE have just been updated to v2.7.4.

SynthMaster Player is a simplified version of SynthMaster, and is addressed to those who prefer to use presets rather than designing their own sounds. Therefore it has limited editing capabilities with an easy-to-use interface, the users being able to edit 12 parameters or the bypass states of layer/global effects assigned for each preset by the sound designer.

SynthMaster Player comes with 1,100 factory presets, while (since latest update v2.7.4) SynthMaster Player FREE has only 300, still, enough material to work with. KV331 Audio have updated the factory presets for the free version of SynthMaster Player, adding another 100 to the 200 presets from previous versions (the new 100 come from v2.7 presets).

It sounds complicated, but all you need to know is that for free, you get a fully functional synthesizer loaded with 300 presets perfect for EDM, trance, house, pop or anything you imagine. And if you like it, for just $29, you can switch to the commercial version with 1,100 presets.

SynthMaster Player and SynthMaster Player FREE run as a VST or AAX instrument on both Windows and Mac OSX and as an Audio Unit instrument on Mac OSX. Both 32- and 64-bit systems are supported.

In order to download the freebie, you’ll have to enter an email address. Download size is 58MB compressed.

It doesn´t sound neat. there is some kind of distorsion in every preset.
