inHim Production has announced the release of Sylerum1, a free Serum sound bank inspired by Lennar Digital Sylenth1.
The main idea behind this sound bank is to recreate some of the stock presets of Sylenth. The author has some experience with Sylenth, so uses this knowledge to dig Serum – where is quite a beginner.
Here’s more about this technique from the author himself:
Why SERUM?
I love this synth and trying to more and more dig it. I love the sound, it can make a digital cold sound, harsh, aggressive, but it can be warm and gentle too if you know what you must to do.Sylenth1 copycat?
No, Sylerum1 is not copycat from sylenth1 presets, otherwise this presets bundle has proven to me they sound very different. I just want to learn. So what is in the Sylerum1?I can’t re-create sylenth1 perfectly in serum, but in the process recreating it, I could actually make sound more unique in serum and Sylenth1 can’t do that!
Judging the demo track, the sounds are really good and useful, mainly from the bread and butter category. There are 41 presets in total, suitable for EDM, trance, pop, house, dubstep, future bass etc.

The free Serum sound bank is available for instant download, no registration being required. If you like the sounds and use them often, you can support the author on Patreon.
