Decent Samples has announced the release of Tea Kettle, a free sample-based Kontakt library featuring sounds recorded from a Chantal tea kettle.

When this Chantal tea kettle whistles, it produces a distinctive harmonica sound. Decent Sound sampled that sound and turned it into a versatile Kontakt instrument that includes arpeggiator.

The main features of this original instrument are:

  • 4 round robins
  • Sample rate: 24-bit 48khz
  • Percussive clicks and release samples
  • Includes four patches: Basic Organ, Airy Keys, Beautiful Arp, New Wave Bass, and Just Clicks
  • Convolution reverb with reverb level knob
  • Standard ADSR controls
  • Built-in arpeggiator

Tea Kettle works with a full version of Kontakt version 5.3.1 or later. Download requires a valid email address.
